The goods will be supplied by SatNav2Go (UK) Limited a UK registered company (registration number 6487915).
Services Provided
The renting of a Portable Satellite Navigation System for an agreed period. The specific type of device will be depend on availability but the types of device from which it will be selected are described on this website.
Prices
All prices quoted on this website include charges for the delivery and return of the devices to and from UK locations. You will be charged for the return of the device from any location outside the UK.
The price of a confirmed booking will remain valid until the end of the rental period.
If a booking is cancelled it may be re-booked at the prices displayed on the website at the time of re-booking.
Payment
Payment is required in order to confirm a booking on the date agreed for the period agreed. That payment will be made by using our authorised retailer. No payment details or transactions will be requested or stored by any part of the SatNav2Go.com websites.
The device will be delivered to the specified UK pick-up location the previous working day before the agreed start date of the rental period. For example, if the first day of the rental is Monday 5th June 2006 the device will be delivered to the pick-up point on the Friday 2nd June 2006.
Cancellation Before the Start of the Rental
The booking can be cancelled without any reason and the charges will be refunded at any time up to the last working day that is the day before the agreed start date for the rental period. At that point the device will have already been shipped to the specified pick-up location. For example, if the first day of the rental is Tuesday 6th June 2006 the last date when you can cancel without any reason is Friday 2nd June 2006.
Cancellation notice must be sent by email to sales@satnav2go.com or be made by phone on +44 (7919) 578203 between 9:00 and 17:00 UK time Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays quoting Our Booking Reference Number.
SatNav2Go.com will confirm the cancellation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation please call the phone number above as email is not a guaranteed delivery mechanism.
Cancellation After the Start of the Rental
The device will be tested before it is shipped. If you do not inform SatNav2Go.com within two hours of receiving the device that it is damaged or faulty SatNav2Go.com will assume it is still functioning correctly. If you inform SatNav2Go.com that the device does not work at the time you receive it and SatNav2Go.com cannot replace the device by a time agreed with you the device should be returned and all charges will be refunded.
If the device is accidentally damaged at any point during the rental period it should be returned and SatNav2Go.com will make an assessment of how much of the refundable deposit is to be re-paid.
If the device simply fails to operate you should call SatNav2Go.com on the Help Desk Number +44 (7919) 578203 between 8:00 and 19:00 UK time Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays. If SatNav2Go.com are unable to resolve the problem by phone and SatNav2Go.com cannot replace the device by a time agreed with you the device should be returned and SatNav2Go.com will refund all charges related to the period from the point you reported the failure to the end of the rental period.
You will not be charged for the return of a device from a UK location. You will be charged for the return of the device from any location outside the UK.
Refunds for Cancellations
In the event that a refund has been agreed it will be paid within 30 days of the date when you informed SatNav2Go.com of your wish to cancel.

Booking Confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation by email once the booking process has been completed and you will also receive a separate email confirming that payment has been accepted. The booking process is not complete until you receive the email confirming that payment has been accepted.
